KLE Venudhwani 90.4 FM Conducts Health Awareness Phone-In Live Radio Programme on World Breastfeeding Week

Belagavi: KLE Venudhwani 90.4 FM, Belagavi, in association with KLEs Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital, Belagavi and KLE JN Medical College, Belagavi, conducted a Health Awareness Phone-In Live Radio Programme on the occasion of World Breastfeeding Week.

The programme featured Dr. Sonali Bijjargi, Assistant Professor, KLE JN Medical College and Consultant Paediatrician, KLEs Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital, Belagavi, as the resource person.

During the live radio interaction, Dr. Sonali Bijjargi created awareness about the importance of breastfeeding and addressed various questions and concerns raised by listeners. She provided expert guidance on breastfeeding practices and highlighted the importance of breastfeeding for the health and well-being of both mothers and infants. The programme received an encouraging response from the community, with more than 15 listeners calling in and getting their questions answered live on air. The phone-in interaction provided an opportunity for listeners to directly consult the expert and obtain reliable information on breastfeeding and infant care.
